Artha Portable 1.0.3 has been released. Artha is an offline thesaurus with quick access to lookups from any app via a hotkey. It's packaged in PortableApps.com Format so it can easily integrate with the PortableApps.com Platform. And it's open source and completely free.

Artha Portable is packaged in a PortableApps.com Installer so it will automatically detect an existing PortableApps.com installation when your drive is plugged in. It supports upgrades by installing right over an existing copy, preserving all settings. And it's in PortableApps.com Format, so it automatically works with the PortableApps.com Platform including the Menu and Backup Utility.

Unusable due to 100% CPU Usage
This looks nice but it causes 100% CPU usage on my system
Pentium 4
XP Pro SP3
Hope this can be remedied in future releases.
Ask Publisher
We don't make any changes that would spike the CPU, so you'd need to ask the publisher about that.
Keep in mind that on first run it indexes the included dictionary, which will spike the CPU for a bit. On my main dev box, it's about 5 seconds. In one of my VMs, it was about 30.
