It's designed to be simple and stylish. This release updates Google Chrome to the latest version. This release is being pushed to the Beta channel as well. The latest Dev build is also available. It's packaged as a portable app, so you can take your browsing experience with you and it's in PortableApps.com Format so it can easily integrate with the PortableApps.com Platform. It's partially open source freeware for personal and business use.

Here is the sequence of events: Run (latest version) of Google Chrome. Exit the program. Run Ccleaner. A message pops up saying that Google Chrome needs to be closed. Open a copy of Task Manager. This shows two tasks still running: chrome.exe and google chrome portable.

Why would these tasks still be running after Chrome is shut down?
