Toucan hits 1 million!
Submitted by Steve Lamerton on December 3, 2010 - 6:46am
Some time over the past couple of days Toucan has had its millionth download Although you can't see it from the stats because you can only seem to get them since February (if anyone knows how to see the old ones that would be great!) Toucan has made it to one million in just under three and a half years, thanks to everyone for their feedback and help along the way, and here is to many more successful years!
I will be posting another entry in the next day or two with more information about the next release or two which should bring some features people have been requesting for a long time now,
Cheers

congrats, personally I
congrats, personally I stopped counting after a while for PChat, I should take a personal look later. Anyways again congrats and I continue to more developments of toucan. Ahh memories twas nice to see a small program originally named puss (if I recall correctly) grow, named changed, and become popular in the time I`ve known it`s existance. Keep up the work.

Well Done!
Congrats! It never ceases to amaze me how for a long, long time I was unable to find a decent, portable backup/synchronization app. It was one of those elusive tools that I couldn't seem to find to get me away from installed solutions. Then Toucan came along and I never looked back. It's been a rough road and there have been some issues but the development has been steady and open to constructive criticism and for that I thank you Steve.
Excellent.
Think we'll be replacing the two (non-portable) backup apps we currently use with Toucan, as it seems to be an all-round better product. Plus, being portable the settings can be trusted to stay in-force even if the useraccount changes.
