PortableApps.com Installer / PortableApps.com Format

Neverball Portable is packaged in a PortableApps.com Installer so it will automatically detect an existing PortableApps.com installation when your drive is plugged in. It supports upgrades by installing right over an existing copy, preserving all settings. And it's in PortableApps.com Format, so it automatically works with the PortableApps.com Platform including the Menu and Backup Utility.

This release may have dropped Windows XP support. I was unable to get it running in my Windows XP virtual machine. If someone with a real Windows XP install could report whether it works for them, I can update the app page OS list appropriately.

On an XP netbook 2 gb ram with SP3

Edit:

Copied folder for Neverball from my Portableapps drive to a clean usb drive, plugg3ed into XP Netbook, opened directory, launched Neverballportable.exe. Game appeared t run fine all screens showed well. I have never played this game before but did manage to navigate screens well with mouse level 1 easy scored 40 and went to next level. Exited is by escape and then back a few times then exit.

Seemed to function as expected? AS I had no clue what I was doing lol I did not go further but can if required John. At this point would say still runs ok on XP

It works fine on XP Home and XP Media Center Edition (both as up to date as they can be). Installed to USB drive, worked on both machines. Dizzyingly fun. Smile
