Testing of beta versions of apps before public release.

Needed: Win7 64-bit users to test Greenfish Icon Editor Pro

We're in need of some folks running Windows 7 64-bit on hardware to test Greenfish Icon Editor Pro Portable's Modern version. By default, the current release is set to deliver the legacy version to Windows 7 64-bit users as it won't work unless feature level 10_1 of DirectX 11 is available. At the moment, I can't test for that in code but am working on it. I also can't actually test if the app works or not as I don't have a hardware install of Window 7 64-bit.

This is a quick test of the upcoming PA.c Installer 3.7 release. The one big change is the addition of SHA256 hashes to online installer checks. So, DownloadSHA256 and Download2SHA256 within the DownloadFiles section of installer.ini. The latest Google Chrome Portable Dev uses the installer for testing. Please report any findings back, thanks!
