GIMP: Spyware Doctor alert - false positive?

Love Gimp Portable, but can anyone attest to whether the following alert from Spyware Doctor 6 is a false positive:

Threat name - Adware.Agent.BN
Details - Spyware Doctor has blocked an application attempting to access a file.
Risk Level - High
Infection - e:\portableapps\gimpportable\app\gimp\bin\libcroco-0.6-3.dll

False Positive

As described on the support page, it's always best to check a file using one of the online multi-scanners before reporting. You'll find that nothing on Jotti alerts on it at all. On VirusTotal, you'll find only a couple of minor scanners alert on it (eSafe and PCTools) as well as Trend Micro (which has rather consistent false positive issues).

Many antispyware products have false positive issues with UPX compressed files.

If you check the installer you downloaded you'll see that it is digitally signed by PortableApps.com. That means that when we released it, we scanned everything in it and it was clean. And all our code is unaltered. So, you can rest assured that you've got the real deal and not something that someone else has messed with.

Hope that explains it.
