To name a few, eXpresso/CAFE

To name a few, eXpresso/CAFE is written in AHK, as is the old Convey Portable. Xenon is written in autoit.

As I mentioned in the other

As I mentioned in the other thread, Xenon is not AutoIt anymore. It's now C++ and wxWidgets.

95% of my apps are AutoIt - EraserDropTarget, PortableFileAssociator, WallpaperSwitcher Portable, RunGuard, FlashBin, Unlocker Portable, NeoRame's TrueCrypt launcher (for which I did the core development)
