The theme of the PortableApps menu is the same. Different themes can be created. The program should be included with the menu it-self. Not as a different program.

As well as a program, it's also as simple as downloading other themes and replacing the current ones in this directory X:\PortableApps\PortableAppsMenu\App\DefaultData\Theme. This is where the theme is located, just replace it with the one you want.
Use the search box above to find the address, I can't remember it exactly, but it's around here somewhere.
