Good luck trying to find a portable VMware. It's too attached into the windows system to make it portable and it's size is not very fitting.
Qemu Manager is good alternative emulator, which can read VMWare images, so you don't even need VMWare now. It is smaller in size, opensource and *gasp* it is portable. (actually I haven't tried it myself but some people have been able to use Qemu Manager without admin rights)

anubis2497, unfortunately I must inform you that it is not possible to make VmWare or any other virtualization application portable due to the administrator rights need of them.
In case of VmWare, it is closed source, so it doesn't fulfill the minimum requirements of portabilization. In case of OpenSource virtualization apps, it is not possible too, due to the administrator rights they all need upon installation or running, making them not possible to the portabilized too according to the minimum requirements linked above.
I would also request you to search as this topic has been talked about several times.
