This would be more a request for the base Thunderbird email client. But, I have to say, it's never going to happen. I can guarantee if you submit it as an actual feature request that it would be rejected. It would be annoying to 99% of people. So, while you can create email with background music in credimail, most people you send it to won't ever hear it.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
