Even free utilities? I've worked with portable apps for years, and with U3 since last year and wanted to make it easier for people to convert any app to U3... This forum is full of people requesting U3 version of xyz, with PackageFactory you do it yourself in two clicks.
The guidelines state very clearly that self promotion is forbidden except when you are doing open source applications released under an OSI-approved license. Your utility is not open source. And it is commercial ($39.95 for commercial use).
Incidentally, your utility doesn't allow someone to create a U3 app. It just packages an app in a U3P, which is fairly easy to do (3 directories, add an XML file, ZIP and rename to U3P). A real U3 app allows the app to be started and stopped by the U3 Launchpad and cleans up after itself (no personal data or registry entries left behind), just like the PortableApps.com apps. You can't call an app a U3 app unless it adheres to the U3 guidelines outlined in the U3 Software Developers Kit.
It is launched and closed by the LaunchPad, I had help from U3 on that. It's free for personal use and similar to app posted at https://portableapps.com/node/2163 just the other day (which is not an OSI-approved license). I got many request in my day job to convert random apps (that already didn't use Registry) to U3 format, this is a lot quicker than creating 3 dirs, adding an XML file, zipping, renaming and testing. I can remove purchase links if that will help? I will not be making money on this thing 
I currently use pskill.exe and a batchfile to kill running processes that are not spawned via the U3 Launchpad.
I even created a U3 Launchpad shorcut to execute it.

Both your own AppStop.exe and my own crude and hastily prepared termination utility terminate local running processes "globally". All running instances for a given process are terminated.
A targeted process will therefore terminate whether it was spawned via the host or via a USB flashdrive launch. I eventually intend to compile a utility which will terminate a target process as designated by it's dynamic path.
Your utility also lacks provision for declaration of working directories and updates installation management as well.
I would advise you to consider soliciting the U3 consortium (U3 LLC.) to have your application properly approved and U3 certified before you offer it for sale.
