is there any mod that.....

hey, is there any PortableApps menu that is released by PortableApps.com which allows you to rename files, create folders and other stuff? i already tried the R34_mod_patched but i didn't like the fuzzy writing of PortableApps.com at the top of the menu. If it's not a beta test from the PortableApps.com website, i.e. its from some other site, plz tell me...i'll still check it out.

Oh..and where are the files stored for the top of the PA menu with the logo and writing. I cant find it in any of the directories, and i'm sure i saw it already...just the top segment. (Probably i was seeing stuff, i don't know)

Fuzzy writing?

I'm not sure I understand what you mean by "fuzzy writing".

If you didn't like the graphics of the default R34 Mod Menu theme, you could easily try any of the hundreds of replacement themes that are available, including many that don't have any writing on the top at all.

Or if you rather, you can manually edit the theme.ini of the R34 Mod Menu and change the six or so logo entries to Visible=0.

ahh....i found it. Neutron...this is what i meant!!!

in the Mod 34_patched mod from PTC, when u install it and look at the top horizontal red piece above the menu of applications, u c the PA logo, the writing "PORTABLEAPPS.COM your digital life anywhere", but its really fuzzy and there isnt the 3D look.

now, if u go into the directory of your PA mod34 patched menu:
PortableApps -> PortableAppsMenu -> Data -> Theme -> and then go into the folder of the theme you're using.

if there isn't a theme.ini configuration file and you're not using the Default theme, then copy the file from the Default theme folder.

Now, in "YOUR THEME" theme folder, open the theme.ini file and scroll down till u see four lines of comments and:

[imgPortableAppsLogoDebug]
ForcePixel=0
ForceAlpha=0

make ForceAlpha=1 if youre using xp of higher, and both to 1 if youre using something else.

Voila, hope u understand what i meant now J Neutron.
