When I execute the Thunderbird.exe in the App folder, if I mark a mail as junk it is automatically moved to Junk, as chosen in Account settings. If I use ThunderbirdPortable.exe however, it does not.
Is this a known bug?

The problem was in one of the extensions, so no bug.
There are infinite non-disproven statements. You shouldn't take any of them seriously. And if something cannot be disproven, you should reject it outright, because the position is epistemically empty and tells you nothing about the world.
Could you please explain which extension you mean, and how to solve this issue? Thanks!
