Don't know what you mean by a "virtual flash drive" unless you're referring to RAM drives... but I can (sorta) answer the first question. Even if it can be made portable, mounting any type of virtual drive (in this case it's a virtual CD/DVD drive) will require administrative privileges, at least to do it for the first time. Such programs need to install a driver on the system, which can't be done on a limited or Guest account.
Note that this program is commercial, so you're not going to see a portable version from us. If you want it to be portable, you'll have to do it yourself.

Either way I don't see the source code which eliminates it from this site.

Why the heck would you want this when you could just as easily create a folder on your hard drive for the same purpose? Forgive me, but I don't quite get the point.
