give the dev's some time to work on it. Beta 2 of Firefox 3.1 just came out today.

Now with that said there probably not be a portable of the beta as PortableApps.com tends to devote its energies towards producing ports of the final versions of apps. This is because the devs work on these apps in their spare time as they make no $$$ out of PortableApps.com and it is simply not practical for them to devote time to porting every beta that comes out. Please be patient.
I need to edit the build scripts and the launcher since we won't be showing the license agreement anymore. I had built it for all six languages, but it has the licensing agreement intact, so I couldn't release it.

3.1 marks the debut of Mozilla not requiring a license agreement on install (or on first run in the case of pre-installs on flash drives of Firefox Portable from us). Instead, an info bar about user rights is shown within Firefox itself.

Isn't that because the Ubuntu team complained about the showing the EULA on first use not being reflecting the open-source spirit they are trying to promote?

Is there a reason that the license agreement won't be shown or is it a secret?
