Simplified chinese OOo 3 link broken

Hi!
I failed to download the simplified chinese version of openoffice.org 3. It seems to be a HTTP 404 error. Is this file broken?

Fixed

There was a typo in the link. I've fixed it. Logged in users will see it now. Anonymous users will see it in 10 minutes. Sorry about that.
