To add program of this site like for example "Miranda IM" that work under torpark connection and not on directly internet conncetion
Tor is a protocol for anonymous browsing, so the only thing it would support are HTTP, FTP and the like. I doubt it would work for IM protocols.
Edit: ...and wow, you must be really paranoid if you want your IM conversations to go over Tor.
