Ketarin is a small application which automatically updates setup packages. As opposed to other tools, Ketarin is not meant to keep your system up-to-date, but rather to maintain a compilation of all important setup packages which can then be burned to disc or put on a USB stick.

Wish there was Portable Mono like there is Portable Java. I see it has been discussed before here but it would take up a large amount of space.
I think you can just copy it from the install folder. The biggest problem is that most apps don't run on mono.

I have this on my flash drive and listed in the PortableApps menu. It works just fine for me.
Although it's .NET, this is handy to have for a local install. It really sounds awesome, I'll give it a shot.
