Is there any portable program that will let my sync portable apps with their desktop counterparts? This would be very helpful for apps like sunbird, or firefox.

I'm trying to find something that will sync bookmarks, calendar events, settings, and that sorta thing so you wouldn't have to input them twice

Toucan is great for this. You just sync the profile over. I can't find the page right now but if you search you should find it.
