Just copy th files from the install folder. It leaves no entries in the registy. so it will run from a usb drive. I use it all the time.

Edit: Seems to work great. One thing I notice is that you have to ensure you change the location of the updates to the portable folder. Also, I leave the "undo" folder on the C drive. Otherwise, that folder will be updated for every PC that Eclean is used on.
