Add TrueCrypt into portable project

TrueCrypt can work as a travel model. I think it has no problem to be a portable software. Portable project needs some encrypt softwares.

As though I dont want to blow up this thread, but as it is most recent.
I added BC Archive to my stick.
It is nice, as it is some kind of data-safe for files and works without admin rights (which is the discussion with truecrypt).
I am not anyhow affiliated with them and BC Archive is free.
