How do you read/write DWORD

What programs to use to read dword?
And how do you write dword "junk" keys with NSIS?
like nsis converts the regular keys into "junk" dword keys and writes it in the registry...
There's a path key written in dword and I can't change it if I can't read/write dword. Can somebody help?

Thanks

A DWORD is just a 32-bit

A DWORD is just a 32-bit integer, represented in either decimal or hex. It cannot contain a path.
