Unlocker is a great little utility. As a pc tech I use this frequently and it makes gettign rid of malware and viruses a lot easier. I would love to see this application as a Portable Application.

It appears to be a right-click shell extension. Since it hooks into Windows Explorer and the only interface to the tool appears to be through Explorer's right-click menu, I doubt it would be very practical as a portable application.

there's an option to be in "Send To ..." - that requires only a shourtcut, easly to be created and deleted
however
Unlocker require admin privillages to work - that's highly unpractical
