You haven't posted any source code. This is vital for using Google Code.
What this does is not really especially useful, as there are other file-sharing methods, and this one is definitely insecure. Apache is also already available in various bundles which fix the only problem it has with portability - paths. Plus, if the user puts in relative paths, even that's not a problem: Apache is already portable. If you think that your package does more, please tell me. It's just that I think it's not really particularly relevant here, as there is better software to do similar things.
Nevertheless, welcome to PortableApps.com

I am using the original binaries from Apache software foundation. The source & binaries are hosted by them. All I added was a script to "portableize" it. And that script is included in the distro.
Does that suffice?
I've now actually looked at your package, and there are big problems with it.
And, again, I'll just say that I can't really find any serious use case for this. It's not really a portable Apache solution - it's a bare-bones file sharing setup.

OK - Thanks for the feedback.
1) I don't know know that means so think I will not put it up here.
2) It is fine by me if you want to steal it. I'm giving it to you.
3) I simply used the best tool for the job. It originally was a .bat file and I ran into some limitations so I moved it to WSH. I am far from a VBscript proponent but I don't want to get into language wars or wish to be lectured by the language nazis.
The use case is stated on the home page directly. Yes it is a bare bones file sharing setup. I use it on my usb key and thought others might like it too.
Thats all.
