Hello.
I installed Portable Apps a few weeks ago and i am finding it great, however i would like to install a few add-ons to portable Firefox but i am having difficultly in doing so.
When i install them, and restart Firefox nothing changes and their are no new add-ons in the list. I researched the problem on Google and followed some guides (copying profile and deleting some catch files) but this has not helped the problem.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Could you tell us what Add-ons are giving you the problem?
The word Add-ons is sometimes used loosely to include plugins, many of which are not portable as they need to install things on the hard drive.
Most, but not all Add-on/extensions are portable though.
So, What are you trying to install?

Thank you very much for the reply.
The add-ons i attempted to install were "down them all" a number of Gmail multiply accounts managers Ad-block, and prob another one or two which all did not have any effect.

I have since deleted all files related to Firefox and reinstalled portable apps and Firefox, which seemed to do the trick and everything is now working.
