The answer is always when it's ready. When I give a date, it's what I'm shooting for, but sometimes, bugs come up. Sometimes they're in software, sometimes they're somewhere else (like the stomach bug I got yesterday).
The version you speak of is based on the old code from Portable Thunderbird 1.5.0.2. The new Thunderbird Portable will fix the registry issues, enable full compatibility with Win2K guest mode and add CD support.
Now, since responding to your question is delaying me from actually working on the releases... I'm not going to respond to these "WHERE IS VERSION X?????" questions anymore. Please stop asking them.
