Im just curious as to why have this here since you can get one from the main vlc site that is porable. http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.html

1. SETTINGS - VLC stores all its settings locally within C:\Documents and Settings\[login]\Application Data... the portable version keeps them on your portable device.
2. SIZE - Regular VLC is 26.6mb installed. Portable VLC is 10.2mb. This is accomplished by removing things that you don't need when portable (ActiveX, http, etc) and using UPX compression on the EXEs and DLLs.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
OIC I dindt know it made other folders somewhere else.
