GnuCash 2.2.9 have been released yet.
When will GnuCashPortable release?
Where is any instructions for make from GnuCash -> GnuCashPortable?
Must I change for it "GnuCashPortable/App/GnuCash" files to new version?

for you as a user is to wait till the new version gets out. As all the devs here do this in their spare time, sometimes it can take a small while till the update is released here as a portable version.

While I don't recommend it - you can have the latest GNUcash version on your USB stick by installing 2.2.9 onto your PC, and then replacing your usb ?:\PortableApps\GNUcashPortable\Apps\gnucash folder with your desktop PC's c:\programs\gnucash folder. While this works (I have tried it), it is much better to wait for Shawn Faucher to release GNUcashPortable 2.2.9. The latest version includes a fix for the mirror image printing bug (a show-stopper IMHO), but the rest of the fixes and improvements are largely invisible to most users. My suggested fudge is likely to give you a larger GNUcash installation than Shawn's package. Further, as the NSIS launcher is unchanged, the newer version may be "broken" in some way. So the bottom line is - wait for the developer's version, if possible. It's usually a much better strategy.

You can join the dev team. That way you can update and support GNUCash Portable for everyone
As much as that might sound like me being smart ass it's not my aim. I've noticed a number of people go thru this site with the skills needed to port software. However because NSIS is supposedly a "difficult" language they don't take up development. It's a pity because I mean as hard as NSIS might be to learn (I wouldn't know I can't even get my head around the basics of HTML :-D) I would think for people to be able to judge it to be difficult demonstrates they have the capacity to learn it but willingly choose not to
Anyway long story short not being a wise guy just fishing for new developers
