I'm suggesting to make 'Windows Live Messenger 8.5 with Messenger Plus! 4.8 extension' and 'Windows Live Messenger 9.0 with Messenger Plus! 4.8 extension' a portables Apps... I mean separate Portable Apps for each MSN versions... because sometimes in some computers there's no messenger and you want to sign in... and if you want to sign in on Messenger you have to download it and Install it and then you have to download the Messenger Plus! extension and Install it... And Then download all the script that you usually use and install them on the Messenger extension... So... That's why I suggest to make 'Windows Live Messenger 8.5 with Messenger Plus! 4.8 extension' and 'Windows Live Messenger 9.0 with Messenger Plus! 4.8 extension' a portables Apps...
And maybe you are wondering:
• Why the 2 versions of Messenger???...
Because some people likes to use the 8.5 version and other people likes to use 9.0 version...
• Why with the Messenger Plus! extension installed???...
Because everybody likes it... I don't know anybody that don't likes the Messenger Plus! extension...

It's not gonna happen.
1. Windows Live Messenger isn't Open Source. PortableApps.com only does open source apps.
2. We already have aMSN, which is solely for Live/Hotmail/MSN IMing. And, Pidgin and Miranda also support Hotmail/Live/MSN.
