StartUp items in PAP

I Think It's very COOL if PortableApps have StartUp like Windows | Programs | StartUp. So we can put out favorite apps that run while PortableApps run, such as Portable ThunderBird, etc..

This feature will be introduced in an upcoming release, Platform 2.0, which will be entering testing shortly.
