Making my app really secure

If I wanted to make my PortableApp software really secure which would be the best 8GB flash drive to use? I know most of you may say AES hardware encrypted which I think is fine too, but what I'm looking for is the name of the product you're using to encrypt yours, and please could you tell me why you think it is so good compared to others?
I use "TrueCrypt for all my PC based stuff, however I wouldn't choose to use it for a flash drive.

Many thanks.

TrueCrypt works fine on a flash drive... You'll just need to put TrueCrypt [Portable] on the flash drive, and create a file-based storage container to fill the remaining space. You will need administrator privileges on all the computers you use it, however.

TrueCrypt

That's exactly why I wouldn't use it on a flash drive, requiring administrator privileges would severely limit it's portability.

should be one of the sticks they say it will be something for you. But I did not test it myself, for the amount of money they want for it I can buy big box of sticks.

I have here the PURE II version of disk2go. This uses also some kind of hardware encryption, but to me it looks also like security by obscurity so far. What does the controller encrypt is not clear, the sectors are all filled with FF but for the first one, no partition table etc.
The software you need to pass the password to the sticks controller will however work only under windows and needs admin rights to be allowed to send the password to it. So it is a joke after all again.
But we have to remember, that it wants deliver the password directly to the controller, so there might be even some limits of windows here, I did not discover the secrets behind it yet.

Integral AES 256

I have tried this flash drive and it seems to work well even on PCs where I have no admin rights. The portable app hasn't been slowed down by me dumping the software into this encrypted device. I'm happy thus far.

Maybe a lot has changed in 19 months, but I doubt it.
