I'm not sure what the problem is, but whenever the drive letter changes an extension (Menu Editor) no longer works, it says it is not installed. I must go to the Firefox extensions page and reinstall it. After a restart all my settings for that extension are restored. I was just wondering if anybody has experienced any problems like this or if anybody knows a fix.

The extension may store its settings in a non-standard way, which would affect it. The launcher updates nearly all extensions that store data to prefs.js as either "D:\.." or "file:///D:/...". This one may be doing something different. You may wish to inquire with the author. Firefox Portable accounts for about 1% of Firefox downloads each month, so they should check to see if they work with it.
