Hi everyone, I'm having a problem with v2.0.7 of the program.
I use the sync function often over my LAN network, to sync/backup folders on different PCs. The sync function still works fine, but when I try to do preview over the network, the program stalls and I have to kill it manually through task manager or the like.
Any solutions?
thanks!

I think that this is an issue with clearing the previous lists before starting with the new job.
If I run one local to external HDD sync job (preview then execute) and then select a different local folder to set up for another job, I experience a very long delay. The system hangs and I can hear churning of the hard drive. Sometimes I can wait it out, but once I got a "not responding" error. I believe that it is Windoze "virtual disk" activity even though I have 4gigs on this WinXP system.
If I quit Toucan, then restart it, I can select the new job's folder which happens immediately with no churning.
I don't think that this relates to enumerating files, etc.

this is fixed in the 2.1.0 dev tests, can anyone confirm?
It is latest test version.
Sequence:
BTW, if you don't preview the first job, the second job loads instantly.

I'm not sure if this is exactly what I'm experiencing.
It only happens over network connections, not through USB with external HD or anything of the like.
Even if I clear the screens and select a new job, or reload a preconfigured one, it shows the folder tree structure (so the network connection is established), but as soon as I hit "preview", the program stalls or crashes. Hitting "OK" just works fine, and the sync is then executed as it should be.
