I have loaded the application at least 3 times and then when I remove the drive and then put it back in and click to start the application I am getting the following message:
could not find
I am using a 16 g flash drive. I am releasing the drive through the menu option. I am using Windows Vista. I also did a search on the forums for this problem and could not find anything about it. I reinstall the application and if I do not remove the drive it works like a champ but as soon as I remove the drive it loses all the files needed to run the application but all of the Portable apps I have installed are still there.

I could not copy the command so I had to type it. I actually found another typo after you found this one.
instead of this j:\portableapps\porableapps.com\portableappsplatforms.exe
I also failed to mention that I am running the newest version. I just go to the main page and follow the links to download and I have downloaded the suite with open office.
OK I finally got it to work. I took everything off of the flash drive and reinstalled that way and then put all of the portable apps back and everything now works as it should. I am still not sure what happened though.
