Is there any specific file i can copy and paste that holds all my stored passwords so that when i get the regular version of Firefox, i don't have to input my passwords on every site, just copy and paste the file into the new firefox?

In the past this method worked with FF2:
copy
signons2.txt and key3.db
to your new profile
Not sure if it still works in FF3
You may find a signons3.txt, if you do you can try copying that as well

"Signons3.txt is used in Firefox 3.0 instead of the older signons.txt or signons2.txt file (the older file is left in the profile folder for backward compatibility). Starting in Firefox 3.1, signons3.txt will be converted to signons.sqlite."
