I installed pidgin and followed step by step this:

so I made the entry in the editor but the otr option does not appear in the tool-area of pidgin.
How can I do that?
I installed Pidgin with OTR on the pc, no problems, but the portapps-version fpr the stick does not work. Thx for helping, friends.

No entry is required. You install the plugins to the X:\PortableApps\PidginPortable directory (don't select a deeper directory). Nothing manual should be done.

I did it, but when i try to install the pidgin-otr-3.2.0-1(2).exe there ist an error (first install pidgin, but it already installed)and the installiation abboard...
I think you're trying to install the regular one. We have special packages just for Pidgin Portable. There's one for Pidgin Encryption and one for Pidgin OTR right on the Pidgin Portable homepage. That's what you want to install.
We have those because the standard OTR installer only works with a locally installed and visible in the registry Pidgin.
