It's 25 to 45 bucks when it's released. Notepad++ is free and already stable (and portable).

Editors like intype and e-texteditor are nothing like notepad++... IMHO they are way better (like a Textmate for windowz).
Notepad++ will probably one day have the features they have (e.g. multiline editing), but for now it does not. I'm optimistic about the future of Notepad++ though because it's open-source and enables the ability to add plugins. I will not be suprised if it turns into the "firefox" of text editors
I do agree that neither intype or e-texteditor have a place in PortableApps because they are not FREE.
