It may be just me, but I am unable to download the software using the link with a notice that the link destination was not found.
It's not just you. I can't dl either.
I just tested the d/l link from here and got NotHIng, just as expected.
I've installed it, and not only does it to what Jimbo said, there is a hidden feature that allows you to restore files even before you delete them!
Bug report:
When you click Edit>Options>Void>Reenable, it opens a dialog box without any buttons.
