Search not working since I updated to 3.0.8

When I type in the search window in the toolbar and then press return nothing is happening. Very strange!

Ever since I updated to 3.07, the top right embedded search bar does not work. The same is true in 3.08.

I was just going to make a post about this, nice to see I'm not the only one.

For me, I thought that an automatic update that got partially downloaded might have been the culprit, but I don't believe so anymore.

Ditto - sqlite removal doesn't help either.

...since 3.07 for me as well.

I have used the data/profile/*.sqlite removal trick but it only lasts for one search and then its back to being broke.
