The Short
Computers that have never had TBP run on it have all my folders (along the left side) closed, while computers that I have used TBP have all my folders expanded.
The Long
I have been using TBP for a while now, and there is something happening that I cannot explain. I work at a variety of computers at my university, over 30 available to me, and usually never the same one day to day. Every new computer I use TBP in, the left hand column menu always has my folders (along the left side) in the minimized position. When I return to that computer, it remembers that I had the folders expanded. This is true with all the computers I work with, new and used.
Not that it matters, but there are two types of computers at my university: laptop workstations and lab terminals. All the laptops have identical hardware to one another. Likewise, all the lab terminals have identical hardware to one another. I can't imagine TBP storing some unique identifier about each computer I use that it minimizes or expands the folders. How does this happen if not somewhere in the registry?
