Well, you can create an autorun.inf file on your flash drive and when you insert you drive on XP or newer windows operating systems, you can click "Start Clamwin" and the program will start (and you would still have to manually scan the computer), but as far as I know, its not sophisticated enough to actually scan your computer the instant the drive is inserted.
