I've seen many of this things somewhere else (I don't know where ;-)). But I can't say who made the mistakes first and who was cribbing

Wondering when will this be updated to pre-release? Also has been updated to Version 0.9.4.0 (Stable) and Version 0.9.4.1. Hope to see this on the aps page soon

I guess no, because GNU Cash is more complex (double-entry accounting, small-business accounting, ...)
If Zach wants to drop this is there anyonee willing to pick it up? There are a arge number of people unable to pick up GNU Cash's complexity's yet who want to still track their finances. Money Manager EX hit the spot

Agreed - I had to learn a new accounting system just to use GNU Cash, which is fine for its target audience, but this is definitely more my speed.
Letting Zach and the other devs know that there is still definite interest in MMEX Portable. Hope someone has the time to pick this up and the release team figures it would be good to offer a lightweight alternative to GNUCash for the non accountants here

Is anyone interested in this poor orphaned app? It makes a great alternative to those of us who can't quite understand GNU Cash. It's development is again active with the latest release being 0.9.6 released in June this year. Oh and did I mention it's free?
