There aren't any torrent programs and Transmission is best Open Source BitTorrent-client.

µTorrent is also good but it's not Open Source.

I'd say we go with Frostwire. It's Java (as I recall), but Deluge is /still/ not cooperating with Windows *at all*, and I can't find anything else. So IMO it's the best choice we've got so far.
My deluge install (local version) took me forever to get working....most ISPs block the standard bittorrent ports....gotta change the port number used
Edit: Just updated to the latest version, and now it doesn't even run anymore...

It's delightful, isn't it? Not that I don't love their work, I'm sure it runs much smoother on Windows, but it certainly doesn't like that Windows guy.
