What about "open files" sync?

Hi,

is Toucan able also to sync open files like Outlook .PST files?

No, toucan does not support virtual shadow copy service (which allows copying of open files). When you try to sync open files, it just says can't open file (error 32: the process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.)
