I tried to run latest version of ClamWin on Windows ME
but after splash screen is shown nothing appears (also process is not starting or finished just after starting)
any ideas ?

I just double-checked and the current ClamWin Portable works just fine in Windows 98 SE. Did you try a local install of ClamWin? If that doesn't work, something is up with your PC and there's not much we can do about it.

I just tried again EXE version and it's fine. (previous was ZIP one, probably I extracted too less)

What zip software did you use? I test it with Winzip, 7zip and the built-in Windows zip tools to be sure it works. And the current zip download isn't corrupt. Of course, you could have gotten a corrupt one. That's one reason I prefer the EXE downloads as the primary format. They don't require an external tool to extract and self-check for corruption.

that was WinRAR which automatically finds when it's corrupted or not
I think I haven't extracted in normally (I was browsing through archive) and I must omit some folders ... anyway case closed
