Pre-Release 2 (2009-06-26):
- Settings can be applied without a restart
- Helpfile updates
Pre-Release 1 (2009-05-27):
- Errors are now highlighted red
- Backup up large files is fixed
- Fixed a preview bug when files would appear as if they should be copied
- Rules are reselected after an edit
- Russian language text has been updated
- Tooltips have been added
- CPU usage in backup has been hugely reduced at the start of the process
- Minor help file updates
- Much code tidying, should result in lower RAM usage
- Unit tests have been added

EDIT: Note this release is slightly bigger than expected as I missed compressing one of the files, this will be fixed in the final release.
