I'm lovin' this software - I now use it all the time at work, however, I'd really like it to save the last configuration used. Currently my version loses this info every time I quit.
I'd like to save: the last directory used for saving to save files, the number/name/timestamp settings, and the hotkeys & options used.
Is it something in the way this is setup / my setup, or is an intentional 'feature'?

Try deleting your Data folder and start from scratch. Maybe that helps. Or check your drive for errors.
