I've had PortableApps.com's version of Firefox running on my thumb drive for quite a long time and have never experienced this issue before. Upon installing the latest version of Firefox (3.5), I noticed that Firefox automatically closes when I try to view a page that contains graphs requiring Adobe SVG Viewer under IE. The interesting thing is that the full version of Firefox 3.5 (non-portableapps) does not have the same problem.
Can someone help me resolve this issue? More details are available upon request.
I can't reproduce the issue. All the SVG examples on this page render fine:

SVG support is built into Firefox 3.5. Is it possible that Adobe's viewer doesn't work right with Firefox and may have issues with the portable version?
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
Sorry to incorrectly place blame on your software Mr. Haller and thank you for taking the time to help me resolve this issue. Based on your response, I decided to disable all add-ons and give the SVG graphs a shot. It worked!!! Therefore, the issue does not reside within PortableApps.com's Firefox rather one of my add-ons. To determine which add-on was causing the problem I sequentially enabled my add-ons thinking that the problematic one would cause Firefox to automatically close. The weird thing is that none of them triggered the problem. Now I have all of my add-ons enabled (Adblock Plus, CS Lite, Flashblock, and NoScript) and I cannot duplicate the problem.
Oh well. The point is it's fixed. Thanks again.
