Custom Icons?

Let's say we made a new folder in the documents folder...

but it looks so bland because the other folders around it all have a custom icon (you know like the music, video and pictures folder...). Is it possible to make a custom icon and make it display like those icons do?

I am using the 1.5.2 platform release not the new beta.

Windows

It's done in Windows, not in the PortableApps.com Platform. The Platform just sets those folders up that way, they're not special system folders or anything.

I thought you just right-click the folder, go to Properties, and there are options to change the folder icon and description. Why don't you try that? I tried it and can't, but those options may be disabled on this terminal. I am almost certain it can be done though, I'm just foggy on how, because I have it done on my home computer. (And obviously you have it done on your flash drive, as do we all - you can see it's not the Platform doing it as they look like that even when the Platform is not running.)

folder icon association ...

aren't the icons in the portableapps.com folders? Maybe you can put your folder icons your like there and just have the file associate with them, like app icons.

Don't be an uberPr∅. They are stinky.

They are...

I know they are but I don't know how to make it so that the folders will be custom...
