I've been usin this website for a while now and have been recomending it to my friends. We thought that a app that could be used to search the portable app website for apps, get updates, and add comments to the forum would be great. So were wondering if someone(s) would like to take on the challenge. And if there is a app like it let me know through this forum.

well i guess no one cares about this idea me and my friends had. maybe in the future someone will give it a try to accomplish this idea.

I don't think its nobody is interested in your idea its just its already been done. Don't think this is a diss. In fact it's such a great idea its now been integrated into the PortableApps Platform 2.0 Betas

i posted this so long ago and never saw anything done with it or thought nothing was being done i posted this lol. well i cant wait for it to come out. i use portabapps so much i used it almost like 5 months before i noticed the forum and registered to use it lol. i use most of the programs on my flashdrive and even on my computer at home lol. now i wish i could learn how to make my own portable apps lol.

something like this http://www.foreclosurewidget.com/images/widget_manager.jpg (its a mac widget that allows you to search the mac website for widgets and download from there) except it shows all the widgets on the website and you can select one from there to download.
